Purpose:

Remote control of variable displacement hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, distributors control valves and other hydraulic devices.

 

Special features:

- with four control valves (to feed control pressure into four control lines) with one handle (joystick);

- with four control valves and two handles;

- with two control valves and one pedal;

- with two control valves and two pedals;

Purpose:

Pressure restriction in hydraulic machines’ working outlet (high pressure line) in one direction, for working fluid flow - in reverse direction (cavitation protection).

 

Special features:

- port area: 16, 20, 25, 32 mm;

- valve response pressure adjustment range 50…350 bar;

- direct-acting (one-stage);

- attachment capability to hydraulic motors of 310… type (working volume 56, 80, 112, 250 cc).

510.20.05B series relief hydraulic valves with discharger

Relief hydraulic valves are intended for the protection of positive-displacement hydraulic drive from the adjusted pressure exceeding during the voltage input on the electromagnet.

Relief hydraulic valves are used in hydraulic systems of mobile cranes in order to provide the min pressure at hook assembly tightening.

Relief hydraulic valves consist of the cartridge-type relief valve of indirect action and hydraulic control valve with electromagnet control mounted in the same housing.

Relief hydraulic valves are intended for the protection of positive-displacement hydraulic drive from the adjusted pressure exceeding.

Relief hydraulic valves are the cartridge-type valves of indirect action mounted into the panel boards, into by-pass blocks housings and into individual bodies. Required pressure is adjusted with the adjusting screw. The screw can be in any position during the article delivery to the consumer.
